In exchange for attending a ROH event, participants and paid attendees agree to the following rules, terms and conditions:
- Withdrawal and cancellation of services and/or event. Participants and paid attendees understand that situations outside of ROH's control may lead to a cancellation or rescheduling of the event and its time, date and location to best accommodate all those involved.
- In spite of our best efforts, our website may suffer downtime. We make no warranties either written or implied that the website and its functions will be available 24/7.
- Items on the website and in promotion of ROH events may use imagery and quotations that are the property of ROH and/or its partners and invited participants. Use of their imagery or words without ROH express per5mission are forbidden, and violators will be prosecuted.
- ROH participants and paid attendees are forbidden from unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions etc. at or in relation to a ROH event.
- ROH reserves the right to disable user accounts, and cancel tickets at any time. We will issue a refund if the event is cancelled, however if your behaviour results in a cancellation of any kind, a refund may not be issued.
